SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA

 

Bad Bartender sources and sends all orders locally from Brisbane, QLD, Australia. Orders will be processed in 3+ business days of placed order. Please be aware, there could be delays due to peak period and COVID-19 delays. ​Once your T-Shirt order has shipped you will be sent a tracking number so you can trace your order, Prints will NOT include a tracking number.

Please note: T-Shirts and Prints will be delivered separately.

Standard Shipping:

The cost of Standard Australian Postage on T-Shirts will be $10AUD. Estimated delivery, 3-5 business days (after order is processed). Sent Via Australia Post and will include tracking number.

The cost of Standard Australian Postage on Prints will be FREE. Estimated delivery, 3-5 business days (after order is processed). Sent Via Australia Post and will NOT include tracking number.

Please note: Due to COVID19 estimated delivery could be delayed due to border closures and lack of planes.

 

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL

Please note: Prints are not available for international shipping at this stage.

Standard International Shipping:

The cost of Standard International Postage on T-Shirts will be calculated at checkout and will vary per country. Estimated delivery times will also vary per country. T-Shirts will include tracking number.

Please note: Due to COVID19 estimated delivery could be up to 4-6 weeks on international orders due to border closures and lack of planes being flown out.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

Please read the size guide and be careful when ordering, as there are NO RETURNS/REFUNDS for ordering the wrong size or change of mind. 

Please note: You are responsible for filling in your address properly. If you fill in your address incorrectly please notify info@badbartender.com.au within 24hours of ordering. If the item is sent to the wrong address that you provided due to you not notifying Bad Bartender, you will be responsible for the cost to re-post your item.

If your t-shirt or print is damaged you will need to request an exchange, please send an email to info@badbartender.com.au with your name and order number for instructions and approval of your exchange. 

The return request must be sent to us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in the condition it was received - unwashed and unworn and in original packaging, to be eligible for a return. Anything returned not following these guidelines are at the full discretion of Bad Bartender, and may be subject to a restocking fee or return refusal. 

The customer is responsible for all shipping and return charges. By ordering from Bad Bartender the buyer agrees to these terms.
